Horseteq Oy´s Privacy Policy registers information pursuant to sections 10 and 24 of the Finnish Personal Data Act (Henkilötietolaki, 523/1999) and details on how to exercise the right of access and the right to prohibit processing.

For recruitment purposes we will collect more detailed data directly from you. In recruitment we do not collect personal data from other sources without your specific consent.

DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your personal data is stored by Horseteq on our servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services we engage. Servers are located in Finland. Horseteq retains personal data of the business partners and of the recruitment candidates for 2 years after the end of our business relationship.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect current data protection legislation and/or changes in our WWW service at any time with or without notice. We recommend you to periodically review this Privacy Policy.
